The S.M.A.R.T® experience allows participants to develop their natural leadership style whilst incorporating state of the art management practices and principles.

S.M.A.R.T® is an intensive 3 day experience.
(To ensure flexibility, when conducted internally this program can be time tabled to suit the needs of your business and does not have to be conducted 3 days consecutively)

S.M.A.R.T.® pinpoints systems & structures that don’t work & sharpens the focus on what does work, thus creating a leader who can totally align their team for successful outcomes.

Participants learn to identify productivity gaps; effectively handle conflict; recognise and manage people’s individual temperaments; develop time effectiveness; enhance working relationships through praising & reprimanding; & increase their own sense of personal power.
