This is also heightened by a lack of understanding about their personal selling style and the effect that this may have on the customer. The B.E.S.T. Experience is a comprehensive program that focuses on the deeper aspects of the sales process and develops the ability of the sales person to connect with the customer, regardless of the temperament or style.
DURATION
B.E.S.T. is an intensive 3 day experience. (To ensure flexibility this program can be time tabled to suit the needs of your business and does not have to be conducted 3 days consecutively)
