Little Jack is sad because other kids call him names like Fatso, Porky and Chubby. But when he meets STICKMAN®, Jack realises he doesn't have to be sad, he can change his life! With a little help from STICKMAN®, Jack can become the healthy and happy kind of boy he has always wanted to be!

 

Let's DO Healthy is a fun and accessable approach to kids health for all the family. STICKMAN® encourages kids to enjoy and be excited about healthy eating and exercise. As well as promoting a positive attitude STICKMAN® also gives kids the facts about good foods and PIT (unhealthy) foods as well as coping mechanisms for when the temptation to eat badly arises. In this mix of education and fun Let's DO Healthy helps children develop the strength and confidence to make positive food and exercise choices.
